AiSecam Terms of Service

By accessing or using AiSecam ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AiSecam is a free, browser-based security camera web application that provides on-device person detection, local video clip recording, photo capture, and optional Telegram notifications. All camera processing and data storage occur locally in your web browser.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AiSecam. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AiSecam only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to monitor individuals without their knowledge where such monitoring is prohibited by law
• Use the Service to violate the privacy rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the on-device AI models
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Service in ways not intended

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AiSecam complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding surveillance, recording, and privacy. Some jurisdictions require consent from all parties before recording — it is your responsibility to know and follow these laws.

Data and Privacy

AiSecam is designed with privacy as a core principle. All camera feeds, recordings, photos, and settings are stored locally in your browser. AiSecam does not collect, transmit, or store any of your camera data on its servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

AiSecam may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google's use of advertising cookies is subject to Google's advertising policies. Optional Telegram notifications are governed by Telegram's privacy policy. AiSecam does not control these third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The AiSecam application, including its design, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of the AiSecam project. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Service without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AiSecam is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AiSecam is a lightweight browser tool, not a certified commercial surveillance system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiSecam and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. You use AiSecam at your own risk.
